In order to thank all the MMOsite users who are interested in The Lord of the Rings Online, we have joined hands with Turbine to hold The Lord of the Rings Online Forum Contest. Come and register to become MMOsite Member, and you'll have a chance to gain a Closed Beta Account of The lord of the rings online.

How to participate:
You have to register to become one of the MMOsite members. We'll pick up 40 members to get a closed-beta account of the lord of the rings online, mainly depending on your active degree in the forum. You have to reply with your name and location in this thread. For example: Skaja, United States.

Note :you have to be 18 and a resident of North America or Europe to participate in the beta.Fake location is meaningless, 'cause there're IP limits in the Lotro CB test.So you have to actually be in NA or Europe to enter the CB.

General Rules:
1. Contest will begin Dec. 21st.
2. The deadline of the contest will be Jan. 22nd 11:59PM (GMT)
3. Winners will be announced each Tuesday during the event period.
4. Only MMOsite members are eligible to the contest.
5. Employees of MMOsite and Turbine are ineligible to enter/win.

Winner Selection:
We’ll separate the event in to four rounds, 20 winners will be draw out in each week, including 10 active winners, and 10 lucky winners

Active winners:
40 winners will be selected according to the active degree of the member in the forum, basically based on the following data:
1.The number of posts.
2.The number of posts that have been marked as Classic or Sticky.
3.The total points you have earned.

Lucky winners:
Another 40 winners will be drawn out randomly from all the members in Lotro forum.
