Major responsibilities

  • 1. Volunteers should help us host contests.

  • Help the mmositers with any question relating to contests.
  • Create contest rules and event requirements.
  • Moderate forums and keep the forums clean
  • Make logos, banners, event plans.

  • 2. Communicating with the MMOsite staff and give advice.

  • Make suggestions relating to contest.
  • Keep in touch with MMOsite editors and keep things updated so that we’ll know how the contest is going on.
Requirements for coordinators
  • 1.A coordinator should be enthusiastic at his work and be kind to players.
    2. A coordinator should be familiar with some games, so he can easily answer the questions.
    3. Available on MSN at certain times
Reward
  • 1.Trainee Contest Coordinator will gain 30 MMOgold per month.
  • 2.Formal Contest Coordinator will gain 50 MMOgold per month.
  • 3.Advanced Contest Coordinator, Admin Contest Coordinator and head Admin Contest Coordinator will gain 75 MMOgold per month.
  • 4.The coordinator will gain extra reward for their good work such as a good suggestion or good help.
Punishment
  • 1st warning: If the coordinator alters rules without approval from MMOsite or acts in a rude manner against MMOsiters or MMOsite staff, he/she will be deducted one-month reward .
    • 2nd warning: If the coordinator is reported not professional enough or acts in a careless manner against mmositer issues or problems, he/she will lose Coordinator status and won't be allowed to participate in contest planning, contest meetings, decision making and suggestion making.
  • 3rd warning: This is the highest level of punishment and at this time the coordinator not only will loose Moderator status and coordinator status along with coordinator privileges, but will be suspended from all activities for a full month along with moderation and coordinator status. If the coordinator continues to disobey or act carelessly about their job, they can be fired depending on actions
  • 4th and last warning: The coordinator will be out of the team and stripped from any moderation-administration privileges. at this time the coordinator is a normal member and may no longer claim to be part of the team of MMOSite.com

Reward

  • 1.Trainee Contest Coordinator will gain 30 MMOgold per month.
  • 2.Formal Contest Coordinator will gain 50 MMOgold per month.
  • 3.Advanced Contest Coordinator ,Co-Admin Contest Coordinatorand and Admin Contest Coordinator will gain 80 MMOgold per month.
  • 4.The coordinator will gain extra reward for their good work such as a good suggestion or good help.
