Levels of Contest Coordinators

Trainee Contest Coordinator

A Trainee Contest Coordinator is a person who is training to be a good contest coordinator and the trainee contest coordinator can become a formal contest coordinator when he/she has spent more than one month in training and is able to answer questions and help the community.


Formal Contest Coordinator

Someone who knows how to run contests and answer questions raised by MMOsiters relating to contests. After being a Formal contest coordinator for 6 months, Formal contest coordinator can apply to be an advanced contest coordinator when he/she is very advanced in running contests without mistakes and is capable of make logos, banners and event plans, and good speechcraft is required.

Advanced Contest Coordinator

Someone who is very advanced in running contests, and is capable of making logos, banners, contest plans, and has excellent speechcraft. Advanced contest coordinator should be able to give the most-needed and timely help to the community. He/she can reached via forum or MSN when a player has any question or problem about an event or contest and can independently solve problems.When an advanced contest coordinator has the ability to run a contest independently and perfectly after 12 months, he/she can apply to be an Admin contest coordinator.

Admin Contest Coordinator

A person who is VERY good at running contests without any help from Adam or Riordan. Admin contest coordinator must be very smart and creative and must be a fast learner. He/she must be able to work for a long time without getting tired and can answer contest-related questions quickly and without delay. When an Admin contest coordinator has the ability to run a contest independently and perfectly after 18 months, he/she can apply to be an HEAD Admin contest coordinator.

HEAD Admin Contest Coordinator

This is the highest level of coordinator. Head admin contest coordinator must be able to help recruit temporary coordinators. He/she must be online a lot, willing to face hard challenge and has creative contest ideas. He/she must be very professional and hard at work, willing to contribute his/her time in preparing and running contest.


What's a coordinator should do?

  • 1. Volunteers should help us host contests.

  • Help the mmositers with any question relating to contests.
  • Create contest rules and event requirements.
  • Moderate forums and keep the forums clean
  • Make logos, banners, event plans.

  • 2. Communicating with the MMOsite staff and give advice.

  • Make suggestions relating to contest.
  • Keep in touch with MMOsite editors and keep things updated so that we’ll know how the contest is going on.

Reward

  • 1.Trainee Contest Coordinator will gain 30 MMOgold per month.
  • 2.Formal Contest Coordinator will gain 50 MMOgold per month.
  • 3.Advanced Contest Coordinator ,Co-Admin Contest Coordinatorand and Admin Contest Coordinator will gain 75 MMOgold per month.
  • 4.The coordinator will gain extra reward for their good work such as a good suggestion or good help.
