General Rules for Contest and Event

General Regulation for MMOsite Contests and Events

1. Only MMOsiter could get these Account/Key. It's free and easy to sign up to become an MMOsiter.
2. One Key/Account for one MMOsiter only, if you try to cheat on our system, in order to get more keys, your MMOsite Account may be banned permanently.

1. The artwork can not be exceed 1 Mb in size. The upload images must be in JPG or GIF formats sized 800 x 600,1024x768, 1280x1024
2. Some events only MMOsiter are eligible to the contest.
3. Employees of MMOsite and Publisher are ineligible to enter/win.
4. All the Articles and screenshot have to be original.

1.Only MMOsite registered users are eligible to vote.
2.Each registered user can only vote for a same screenshot or article once, and one vote equals to one point.
3.Users can vote for as many screenshots as they desire. .
4. We will record the same IP. If we found any user using the same IP to register too many MMOsite IDs, in order to cheat for more votes, we'll cancel these votes.

1 If the winner won in more than two different themes, we'll keep his/her heighest Rank ,and give the other winner positions to the runner ups.
2 All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
3 In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. MMOsite then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up.

1. Some prizes will be confirmed via email (contest@mmosite.com).
2. Some contest will have winners' entry page for MMOsiters to claim their prize.
3. We'll send the email to you if you win.
4. Mostly you have to claim your prizes in 48 to 72 hours after the winner list announced. Otherwise, we may have to cancel the prizes or give it to the runner-up.

1. We will send your profile to the game official ASAP after we get the info from the winners. It may take a few days for you to get the prize.
2. For virtual prizes, the profile may including your Game ID/Login name, Server name, Ingame character name. The game official may put the prize into your inventory ingame. Do not be online 24/7, the game official may not have chance to put the prize in your inventory.
3. For real goods, the profile may including your real name, postal address, postal/zip code, and contact phone number. The game official may deliver the goods to your home direclty. They'll pay the delivery fee, but they may not pay for the tax or other fees.
4. All your profile will be keep in a save document then send to the game official only. Remember we will never ask your for password, due to the privacy.
